Tuition of $525 includes all course materials. A deposit of 50 percent or more must be paid at registration to ensure your seat in the course. All balances must be paid 30 days prior to the class starting date. All enrollments are subject to Polley policies; read them here.

Sell real estate in Florida as a licensed broker!

Non-Florida residents who have held a real estate license in another state for at least two years (effective July 1, 2008) can bypass Florida's salesperson licensing process and immediately acquire a Florida broker's license. Polley Associates makes it possible to capitalize on this opportunity!

Complete your education requirement in Pennsylvania in Newtown Square and take the required test in either Florida or Pennsylvania! A sponsoring broker in Florida is not necessary to take the exam. One does not have to be a resident of Florida to hold a Florida license.

The course is conducted by Dan Taddeo of the Daniel Taddeo Real Estate School. Course content, the instructor, and course materials all are approved by the Florida Real Estate Commission.
