Continuing Education Benefits
It's the law: real estate licensees in Pennsylvania must attend
14 hours of continuing education instruction every two years to
maintain their licenses in good standing with the state Real Estate
Commission. Those who fail to take CE cannot renew their licenses.
Those with unrenewed licenses cannot legally practice real estate in
Pennsylvania.
But we invite licensees to look at continuing education as more
than just a regulatory demand.
In fact, at Polley Associates, we do our best to make it fun.
We encourage classroom discussions, because that's how learners
better understand concepts and others' opinions. We hold a
contest or two ... sometimes on skills, sometimes on knowledge.
And we have an occasional laugh over shared experiences in the
business.
Polley prides itself on exclusive, topical offerings that
make sense to licensees and directly affect their business. Our
goal is simple: we want to impart knowledge that will help you
complete more transactions - efficiently, ethically, and
profitably.
- It can help avoid trouble.
Not all knowledge learned in a Polley course is about
"what to do." Some of it covers "what NOT to
do." We consider ourselves satisfied if learners complete a
course with information that helps them avoid lawsuits, ethics
complaints, conflicts of interest, and other generally bad
karma.
That's The Polley Difference.
