The Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designation is the premiere seller agency designation, conferred by the SRS Council, to recognize real estate professionals who have completed special education in seller representation.

The designation-sponsoring SRS Council and the course authors have successfully created strategies to take new agents to accomplished levels sooner, and similar elevate already successful agents to an even higher level of competency.

Regardless of how long you have been in the business, seller agency has been available and more importantly, remains the primary focus for agents across the country. The goal of the Seller Representative Specialist Designation is to raise the level of effectiveness for seller agents.
