"Real Estate for Senior Citizens" is an overview derived from the popular, and nationally recognized "Senior Housing Specialist" course also offered by Polley Associates. This "slimmed down" version explores the changing demographics and demands of homebuyers and sellers age 55 and older, and how real estate licensees can offer increased benefits to both.
This is a half-day course. It fulfills 3-1/2 hours of the 14 hours of
mandatory continuing education (MCE) required by the Pennsylvania State Real
Estate Commission for salesperson's or broker's license renewal in the
2002-2004 renewal period.
