When asked, most real estate licensees offer assurances about their knowledge of – and compliance with – federal antitrust laws. They announce they have endured sufficient training; that they’ve read, and abide by, the National Association of REALTORS’ Code of Ethics; and that they know it is illegal to fix prices.
Yet in lawsuits across the country, as well as in past disciplinary actions considered by many real estate commissions, it has been demonstrated that many licensees are either ignorant of or misinformed about antitrust law and the consequences of its violations.
“Caught On Camera” uses pre-recorded hidden video camera footage of ACTUAL
real estate sales situations to illustrate both blatant and obscure antitrust violations for licensees. It graphically shows licensees what NOT to do or say, and so avoid antitrust problems.

Estate Commission for salesperson's or broker's license renewal.
