“Putting Consumers’ Interests First” offers
a fast-paced survey of more than two dozen different issues that face today’s residential buyers and sellers. It focuses specifically on national and state court decisions that affect how home owners can, and cannot, use their properties; on proposed or new legislation that further preserves the rights of buyers and sellers; and on emerging products, services and techniques to help make licensees more productive. You'll have fun in this course, you'll laugh, and you'll learn too!
Putting Consumers' Interests First is a half-day course. It fulfills 3-1/2 hours of the 14 hours of
mandatory continuing education (MCE) required by the Pennsylvania State Real
Estate Commission for salesperson's or broker's license renewal.
“The Consumer And You” is a
substantially longer course, similar in presentation to "Putting
Consumers' Interests First," but covering a wider variety of topics with
greater depth. "The Consumer And You" is a full-day course. It fulfills
7 hours of the 14 hours of
mandatory continuing education (MCE) required by the Pennsylvania State Real
Estate Commission for salesperson's or broker's license renewal.
