Polley Associates' course, "Ethics,
Your Promise of Professionalism,"
covers key ethical issues that all
licensees must practice on a daily
basis. It starts with the history of
business ethics, and moves into numerous
practical applications after relevant
Pennsylvania Real Estate License Act
provisions are added to the mix.
This is a half-day course. It
fulfills 3-1/2 hours of the 14 hours of
mandatory continuing education (MCE)
required by the Pennsylvania State Real
Estate Commission for salesperson's or
broker's license renewal. Course
participants also will fulfill the
National Association of REALTORS
mandated Quadrennial Ethics Training.
