Registrations for this course closes at noon the day prior to the course or when full, whichever is sooner.

This is non-credit course designed for new licensees. There are no prerequisites to the course.

This course covers forms created and used by the Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS® in order to promote proper licensee use that will increase licensees’ ability to advise and represent clients while using these forms. Time will be dedicated to some of the most commonly used forms, such as the Consumer Notice, Standard Agreement of Sale, Seller’s Property Disclosure, Exclusive Listing Agreement, Buyer Agency Contract. Addendums to contracts will be explored to promote appropriate use and explore language within.

Other varying standardized forms will be explored, based on current updates, newly released forms, and forms that increase in visibility due to current events or situations.
