Polley Associates School of Real Estate has been educating real estate and appraisal professionals since 1971. Headquartered in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania, we are an approved school for real estate salesperson education, real estate broker education, and appraisal education in Pennsylvania, and we also provide approved real estate education for New Jersey licensees.
Our Pennsylvania Department of State school license is RE000002A, the second license ever issued to teach real estate in Pennsylvania. We teach the state-required courses to earn a license, advance to a broker license, begin an appraisal career, and complete continuing education so professionals can keep their licenses current and practice legally in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Students can learn the way that works best for them. Take in-person classroom courses at locations across the two states. Join livestream Zoom classes with a live instructor and cohost support. Or complete online self-paced courses on your own schedule. Few approved schools in Pennsylvania and New Jersey offer all three formats.
If you enroll in one format and it is not the right fit, we will work with you to find another option—classroom, Zoom, or online—so you can complete your education and move toward licensure.
Our instructors are working industry professionals who teach from experience: how real estate and appraisal are actually practiced. No real estate company owns Polley Associates, so our allegiance is with our students.
