Polley Associates School of Real Estate offers packages of all 28 hours needed for Appraisal Recertification in Pennsylvania including USPAP. Students who enroll in USPAP will receive the current USPAP reference manual as part of the tuition. Our students can choose from a package of 28 hours or purchase classes individually. If you have a real estate license, our packages will meet almost all of the Real Estate CE requirements. Real Estate licensees will still have to take the PA required CE courses covering Fair housing and Agency before May 31st, 2026. We have an option where you can add on the required PA real estate CE courses should you need it.
Our packages are approved for Pennsylvania-certified general appraisers, Pennsylvania-certified residential appraisers, Pennsylvania broker-appraisers, and Pennsylvania-licensed appraisal trainees.
