Self-Paced Courses Online
Polley Associates for years has offered self-paced online real estate pre-license courses approved by the Pennsylvania State Real Estate Commission.
You’ll learn Real Estate Practice (the required 45-hour course) and Real Estate Fundamentals (30 hours) at your own speed, whenever and wherever you want. You decide when to start or finish.
But, understand, those who receive the highest scores on the state licensing exam usually finish both courses in 5-to-6 weeks. They’re usually working on the courses every day for an hour or two. The diligence and persistence they invest up front get them to the finish line faster with a license in hand.
