  • Pennsylvania Appraisal: Trainee Pre-Licensure Required Education - 30 Hours
  • Pennsylvania Real Estate Broker Pre-Licensure: 30 Hours, Commission-Developed
  • Pennsylvania Elective Continuing Education: Real Estate Sales and Broker. 30 hours. (Your specific CE needs may vary. Please check with our main office if you are unsure.)

Basic Appraisal Procedures will work through the appraisal process, including defining the problem; collecting and analyzing data; reaching a final opinion of value; and communicating the appraisal report.
