Registration Deadline for September 15, 2025 class: Thursday, September 18, 2025 at noon (or until full, whichever is sooner).

This broker pre-licensing education course covers forms created and used by the Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS® in order to ensure they can properly advise and represent clients while using these forms. It addresses multiple aspects of transactions, with special emphasis on changes to best practices in compliance with the NAR settlement.

In addition to commonly used forms, the course covers new and timely standard forms updates from the Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS. Offered regularly, the course is always evolving and updating to match market trends, forms updates, and timely topics that effect usage and prevalence of needed standard forms.

Special Note: This course IS updated to reflect the new PAR forms released with an effective date of August 1 in response to the NAR Settlement.

This is a two-day, 15-hour course. It is Pennsylvania State Real Estate Commission authorized for 1 credit towards broker's license requirements. Depending on Commission requirements issued during any renewal cycle, it has the potential to fulfill up to 14 hours of mandatory continuing education for salesperson's or broker's license renewal.
