Commercial Module (7 Hours Required CE for First Time Renewals; Elective CE for NON-First Time Renewals)

The Commercial Module focuses on commercial transactions, including the different types of commercial properties, the contracts and documents used in a commercial transaction, commercial financing, property management considerations and other compliance issues. This course is a great basic foundation for new estate professionals to better understand commercial real estate concepts and consumer protection in the process.

Registrations for all Live-Stream continuing education courses close at 2:00 p.m. the day prior to the course, or when full, whichever is sooner.

If you are completing your continuing education for the first time, you must take either the Residential OR Commercial Modules (REQUIRED).

If you have done continuing education in a previous cycle for renewal, this class is Elective CE hours.
