Analyzing Agency (Req. - 3Hrs)
“Analyzing Agency” is a continuing education course that provides a thorough review of agency in real estate to give the licensee a more complete understanding of professional business practices.
The course presents a refresher on agency relationships and disclosure obligations. It also examines various laws, thus giving context and perspective on behavior and obligations associated with agency relationships.
Lastly, students explore current events, issues, and case studies related to agency relationships.
