Package: Livestream Sales Licensing Pkg B: Required Courses PLUS Exam Prep (75 Hours, with Prep)

Description: Registration Deadline for Live-stream Salesperson Licensing courses is seven days prior to the first start date of the first course. Must be registered in by 3:00 p.m. on the registration deadline date.

This is a LIVE-STREAMING online class package. It includes the PA Real Estate Commission‘s two required sales licensing courses, Real Estate Practice and Real Estate Fundamentals. It also includes one Exam Prep course, designed to help students revisit their material and devise a plan to pass the licensing exam. All materials are included in the pricing as well.

Scheduling Notes: Practice and Fundamentals can be taken in either order - you can start with the one that works for your schedule. Exam Prep date should be after Fundamentals and Practice are completed.
