Package: Classroom Sales Licensing Pkg A: Required Courses PLUS Exam Prep AND Livestream New Licensee Training (75 Hrs w/Prep & Training)

Description: This is a mixed media class package that has all the things you need for a successful jump into real estate!

It includes the PA Real Estate Commission‘s two required sales licensing courses, Real Estate Practice and Real Estate Fundamentals. It also includes one Exam Prep course, designed to help students revisit their material and devise a plan to pass the licensing exam AND THREE five-hour new licensee classes to help you get started in understanding real world real estate practices. All materials are included in the pricing as well.

Scheduling Notes: Practice and Fundamentals can be taken in either order - you can start with the one that works for your schedule. Exam Prep date should be after Fundamentals and Practice are completed. All three post-licensure trainings can be scheduled in any order, but should be scheduled for anywhere 1-3 months AFTER exam prep. They are non-credit, so there is not a requirement to have your license to attend, but will serve the student best after licensure has occurred.
